Grounded Mental Health Care For Individuals and Families

Thoughtful, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, OCD, perinatal health, and parenting challenges

My Approach

Change happens through clarity, structure, and compassion

I specialize in working with people whose lives are shaped by anxiety — often thoughtful, capable individuals and parents who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My approach is evidence-based, intentional, and centered on the whole person

Whole Person Care

I help support the person, not just the symptoms. Therapy is a space to be seen as a whole person, where care is thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in your unique needs and goals.

Evidence-Based

My work integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic understanding. Interventions are tailored thoughtfully — with clarity, intention, and respect for each person’s values and context.

Intentional, Practical, and Collaborative

Therapy is not about endless processing or quick fixes. It is about understanding how you operate, learning how to respond differently, and building skills that create meaningful, lasting change. We move at a pace that is steady and intentional, with attention to both emotional experience and practical tools. This practice is a good fit for those looking for active, collaborative therapy with clear goals and direction.

Who I Work With

Adults & Adolescents with Anxiety

I work with adults and adolescents facing anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive thoughts/behaviors, perfectionism, disordered eating, and stressful life transitions.

I specialize in coaching parents who are navigating anxiety, OCD, separation anxiety, ADHD, school refusal, and rigid or oppositional patterns with their child(ren). Drawing from evidence-based behavioral approaches, I work closely with parents to reduce accommodation, strengthen relationships, and support children’s long-term resilience.

I provide support for individuals experiencing perinatal mental health concerns, anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss, and early parenthood.

I bring over 15 years of clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, and families across a range of mental health settings, including community mental health, adolescent medicine, and outpatient psychiatry. I earned my Masters of Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work and hold certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International.

My clinical training includes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based interventions, as well as specialized training in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) through the Yale Child Study Center and behavioral parent coaching models. My work is grounded in helping individuals and parents respond to anxiety with clarity, intention, and alignment with their values. My work is also informed by a values-oriented perspective, helping individuals clarify what matters most to them and build lives guided by meaning rather than anxiety.
